memory Drawing

Here is like a 10 min pic I did. The story behind this is that back in the 8th or 9th grade me and my best friend were going to get poke a dot outfits like we saw the rappers wearing on yo!MTV raps. I get to school and my boy didn't get his and I wore mine the first day of school and everybody laughed their asses off. I never wore that outfit again but of course a few weeks later people started wearing theirs once Kwame blew up.

Weekend sketch

I've been looking at alot of Adam Hughes Artwork the last few days. I got tons of sketches that he's done over the years. The man is a comic book God. I've always liked his line work and the way he draws women. Anyway I did this over the weekend after looking at some of his stuff. How can you not get the juices pumping after seeing his artwork.

Bounty Girl Comics

Do you ever get bored and just type in your name in google to see if anyone posted anything about you? Well I did and found that someone posted some of my old online comics Bounty Girl. It was my first time writing a comic and drawing it and learning flash at the same time. It was fun to do back then. I think I did these back in like 2001 or something. I look at it now and I'm like uggh what was i thinking. I may do a new comic soon for online and see how it goes. Check out issues 0-5. I have half of part 6 done that never got put on line or finished that I may put in my sketchbook since no one has ever seen it.

Monster House Artbook

this is a great art book. I told Juanita I wanted it for my bday this month but i doubt she'll get it for me. I don't get crap from her. Oh well if I'll end up getting it for myself. This is the best animation art of book in a long time. Amazon has it way cheaper than Boarders.

I know Bush has talked alot about his boarder security proposal and how he wants more guards on the boarder, I don't think they will ever be able to stop people from crossing.

Wonder Woman Fan Art

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
All the world's waiting for you,
and the power you possess.

In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old Red, White and Blue.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
Now the world is ready for you,
and the wonders you can do.

Make a hawk a dove,
Stop a war with love,
Make a liar tell the truth.

Wonder Woman,
Get us out from under, Wonder Woman.
All our hopes are pinned on you.
And the magic that you do.

Stop a bullet cold,
Make the Axis fall,
Change their minds, and change the world.

Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman.
You're a wonder, Wonder Woman.

Artist of the week: C.F. Payne

One of my favorite Illustrators when I was in art school was the great C.F. Payne. His work always caught my eye and at one time I wanted to be a clone of this man lol.
also this new disney short looks pretty good also...

Walt Disney Pictures' latest animated short, The Little Matchgirl, based on Hans Christian Andersen's "The Little Girl with Matchsticks," marks the end of an era. It's the last of the shorts highlighting international music spawned by Fantasia/2000, preceded by two Oscar nominees, Destino and Lorenzo, as well as One-By-One. It's also the last of the works to utilize the Computer Animation Production System (CAPS), the first digital ink-and-paint, compositing and rendering program for traditionally animated projects, developed by The Walt Disney Co. and Pixar. Fittingly, the first use of CAPS was on an earlier Andersen adaptation, The Little Mermaid, the feature that sparked the previous renaissance at Disney.

Here are some still images and a quicktime movie of this short just click HERE
